Spirit MTA REIT ("SMTA") is a net lease real estate investment trust (REIT). The SMTA portfolio is comprised of 790 properties, the majority of which are financed through a commercial real estate backed securitization trust, Master Trust 2014 (the "Master Trust"). Our strategy relies on disposition of non-core properties, disciplined acquisitions, proactive portfolio management, optimization of the Master Trust debt program, and returning capital to shareholders.
